Wilcoxon Research Accelerometers

Accelerometers sense vibration commonly found in most industrial machinery. Applications for acceleration and velocity sensors include machinery health monitoring of motors, fans, pumps, gearboxes, blowers, machine tool spindles, compressors, chillers, rollers, and mixers. Maintenance professionals use accelerometers for predictive maintenance to lower overall cost and increase machinery performance.

  •  ESD-protected, EMI/RFI shielded
  •  316L stainless steel casing
  •  Light weight
  •  Isolated to prevent ground loops
  •  Can be hosed down or submersed (with proper connector)
  •  Magnet ...

Wilcoxon Research Loop Powered Accelerometers / Vibration Sensors

The Wilcoxon Research 4-20mA sensors include an accelerometer and vibration transmitter combined in one rugged housing.

These  sensors output a signal proportional to the overall vibration level. This type of output is commonly accepted by process control systems such as a PLC, DCS or SCADA system. By connecting into the existing process control system, the user is able to monitor machinery health without the investment and learning curve commonly associated with traditional vibration monitoring systems that may require custom software and data collection routes or expensive online systems.
4-20 mA output sensors contain an accelerometer and miniaturized vibration transmitter all within the sensor housing. ...
